I have an Unlimited Shockwave.com account. When i downdoad and install my games it let's me play the free 60minute trial and even connects to Shockwave.com from the game on my desktop. But, when i try to sign in to a game from my desktop to play the fullgame version it says: ERROR We're sorry-the server has encountered an internal error (11; =version 32 sku=createamall-pc). That's an example but it says it on every game. I've had and downloaded games from this site for years and never had this problem onany other computer. I have a new laptop and i'm thinking the settings are wrong but i've tried everything from running as administrator w/ programs compatibility to disabling firewall and nothing works. I have a vaio w/ microsoft windows 7 and everything isup to date.
